Fund Accounting Senior/Manager (Client Services)
Amethyst Partners is an Independent Global Fund Administrator offering a comprehensive range of fund administration services for alternative funds and digital assets. They are currently looking for a Manager - Fund Accounting (Client Services) to manage client expectations and operational aspects of the expansion.
Responsibilities
Gain a thorough understanding of the company's business lines and associated product/service offerings, identifying opportunities for relationship expansion through cross-selling
Communicate clients’ needs to various business functions and operational support teams
Promote and facilitate effective internal communication across all business lines to ensure a seamless client experience
Engage in strategic communications with clients and negotiate service level agreements (SLAs), monitoring and managing client SLAs and operational deliverables
Stay informed about the industry and regulatory landscape, recognizing trends and new growth opportunities
Build professional relationships with clients and other key internal/external stakeholders
Oversee the integration of new clients and coordinate new launches for existing clients
Work with the Operations team to identify areas for process improvement and system development to minimize operational risks and enhance efficiency
Conduct periodic risk assessments of clients
Maintain internal CRM tools
Qualification
Required
Thorough understanding of the company's business lines and associated product/service offerings
Ability to identify opportunities for relationship expansion through cross-selling
Strong communication skills to convey clients' needs to various business functions and operational support teams
Ability to promote and facilitate effective internal communication across all business lines
Experience in engaging in strategic communications with clients
Negotiation skills for service level agreements (SLAs)
Ability to monitor and manage client SLAs and operational deliverables
Knowledge of the industry and regulatory landscape
