Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of business processes related to the Talent Management module including talent profile, goal and performance management, succession planning and career development in Oracle Cloud HCM
Lead Talent Management business process sessions to understand business requirements, identify requirement and solution gaps, areas of improvement, and key decisions
Apply business process and system expertise to recommend leading practices in Talent Management
Aim to maximize process efficiencies and effectiveness while minimizing future maintenance efforts
Use in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solutions to achieve expected business results through process design, product configuration and prototypes, functional design, product personalization/customization, and application testing
Educate clients on Oracle Cloud HCM best practices and identify opportunities for additional service offerings
Qualification
Required
Public Sector Experience is must
Only GC and Citizens
Experience in implementing Oracle Cloud HCM solutions
Expertise in Talent Management module including talent profile, goal and performance management, succession planning and career development
Ability to lead Talent Management business process sessions
Skills to understand business requirements and identify requirement and solution gaps
Knowledge of leading practices in Talent Management
Experience in process design, product configuration and prototypes, functional design, product personalization/customization, and application testing
Ability to educate clients on Oracle Cloud HCM best practices
