Project Supervisor

Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day project operations and ensure adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets
Coordinate and supervise field crews, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure efficiency and quality
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety compliance, and workmanship
Anticipate and address potential project delays or obstacles through proactive planning
Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, project managers, and field teams
Provide timely updates, reports, and documentation to stakeholders
Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction through clear communication and responsiveness
Ensure all work aligns with EnterSource’s quality and safety standards as well as regulatory requirements
Conduct safety briefings and enforce compliance with OSHA and company safety procedures
Review and approve project deliverables, ensuring they meet specifications and standards
Maintain accurate records, including daily logs, project reports, and resource tracking
Monitor budgets, materials, and labor usage to support accurate forecasting and project profitability
Report regularly on project milestones and performance metrics
Qualification
Required
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in project supervision or coordination within telecommunications, construction, or utilities
Proven track record managing field teams and delivering projects safely and efficiently
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Asana, or MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of construction practices, utility installation, and safety regulations
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently in a dynamic environment
Combination of office and field work; must be comfortable working outdoors and traveling to job sites
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical site evaluations
Flexible schedule may be required based on project needs
Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a pre-employment screen, including a drug test and an acceptable driving record
