Mid LevelFlooring Careers is looking for an experienced Commercial Project Manager/Estimator to join their commercial flooring team. This role combines estimating and project management responsibilities, from bidding through project completion.

Responsibilities
Prepare accurate takeoffs, cost estimates, and proposals for commercial flooring projects
Manage awarded projects: scheduling, budgeting, material orders, and quality control
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and crews
Conduct site visits and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
Coordinate with vendors and installation teams to deliver successful results
Qualification
Required
Experience in commercial flooring or construction project management/estimating
Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office
Valid driver's license; travel to job sites required
Preferred
Knowledge of flooring materials and installation methods (carpet, tile, LVT, wood, sheet goods, moisture mitigation, self-leveling, etc.) – Not required. Training available upon hire
