Senior Program Manager, Data Center Supplier Management Services

Responsibilities
Assist with managing supplier performance and relationships under direct supervision
Support contract administration activities, including maintaining contracts, coordinating renewals, and ensuring supplier adherence to contractual obligations
Track and report on key performance indicators, analyzing data to identify basic trends
Support the implementation of operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency
Collaborate with other departments such as engineering, field operations, procurement, and finance to help meet organizational goals
Provide timely responses to customer and supplier issues via ticket management
Prepare communication materials (newsletters, status updates, meeting content)
Work with internal teams to identify and report process gaps or contract-related issues requiring escalation
Participate in business meetings and contribute to executive write-ups as directed
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of relevant program coordination, operations, or contract administration experience (preferably in data center, IT, or enterprise environments)
Bachelor's degree in business, operations, supply chain, engineering, or equivalent experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to organize work, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
Familiarity with basic data analysis and reporting tools
Able to work effectively as part of a team, with some experience collaborating across departments or globally distributed teams
Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable with changes in direction
Eagerness to learn and develop new skills; proactive approach to taking on new challenges
Preferred
Experience supporting virtual teams or remote work environments
Track record of taking initiative and contributing to process and contract improvements

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
