Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Power Pages (Power Apps Portals) to support public-facing and internal portals for claimants, vendors, and internal staff

Implement secure, role-based access portals supporting both anonymous and authenticated users

Develop and customize portal pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid templates to meet business requirements

Integrate portals with Azure AD B2C for identity and access management

Ensure portals comply with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards

Implement file upload capabilities and manage document handling within the portal

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, backend developers, and project managers to deliver a seamless user experience

Support data ingestion and migration efforts by integrating portal data with backend systems

Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide timely issue resolution

Maintain documentation related to portal development and configuration

Adhere to cybersecurity and data security standards as outlined by the Department
