Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Change Management, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
20+ years of experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Extensive experience with change management documentation, including strong writing and editing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences
Proven ability to collaborate effectively, work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Willingness to work onsite 4 days per week in a hybrid environment
Willingness to attend in-person interviews if requested
Acceptance of the hybrid work requirement
