Install, maintain, and repair various computer systems and related hardware
Providing technical support to staff
Troubleshooting system and hardware issues
Performing routine computer maintenance
Ensuring the proper operation of operating systems and related software
Collaboration with team members to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical challenges
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to effectively identify and resolve IT issues
Experience with Computer Maintenance and Repair for maintaining optimal device performance
Strong understanding and knowledge of Operating Systems
Ability to work collaboratively along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Previous experience in an educational or similar technical environment is a plus
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are desirable
