Paid Ads Creative Strategist
DL Media owns and operates eCommerce apparel brands and runs as an in-house growth engine. They are seeking a Paid Creative Strategist to own creative strategy for paid social across multiple DTC brands, focusing on defining tests, analyzing performance, and leading a creative team.
Responsibilities
Paid creative strategy on Meta & TikTok
Creative testing frameworks (angles, hooks, formats)
Learning loops from performance data
Briefing designers, editors, and copywriters
Build and manage creative backlogs
Analyze performance and extract insights
Collaborate with media buyers on results
Iterate, refine, and scale winning concepts
Lead a creative team of video editors, designers, and copywriters
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years in paid creative strategy
Strong Meta Ads experience
Data-driven creative thinking
Preferred
DTC experience
Apparel experience
