Responsibilities

Own the monthly close process from start to finish
Manage general ledger accounting, journal entries, and account reconciliations
Prepare monthly financial statements and management reporting
Oversee cash management and cash flow reporting
Manage payroll processing and related reconciliations
Handle sales tax filings and compliance
Support budgeting and basic financial analysis as needed
Maintain and improve accounting processes and internal controls
Serve as the primary accounting point of contact for ownership and leadership

Required

Experience overseeing cash management and cash flow reporting
Experience managing payroll processing and related reconciliations
Knowledge of sales tax filings and compliance
Ability to support budgeting and basic financial analysis
