Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair homeowners’ HVAC systems efficiently and effectively
Keep customers informed about the work being done, timelines, and processes
Diagnose HVAC issues and execute repairs with customer approval
Maintain a clean, well-stocked company vehicle to ensure maximum efficiency
Educate customers on completed work, answer their questions, and provide recommendations
Participate in team meetings and training to enhance your skills and technical knowledge
Qualification
Required
Proficient in performing thorough HVAC inspections
Capable of executing HVAC repairs and replacements to code, including necessary electrical work
Knowledgeable and compliant with state and federal HVAC codes
Holder of a valid UT Driver's License with a good driving record
Able to maintain a clean, stocked, and organized service van
Professional in appearance and demeanor
Lift and move items up to 75 pounds regularly and 40-50 pounds repetitively
Capable of climbing, bending, kneeling, crawling, and stooping for extended periods
Comfortable working in confined spaces, high places, attics, ladders, and tunnels
Able to carry heavy items up and down stairs
Work in various weather conditions including extreme heat, rain, snow, and sleet
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and technical skills
