Responsibilities
Engage with customers through multiple channels (phone, email, live chat, etc.) to address queries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Assist customers in understanding the products and services offered by Meta IQ Services, Inc., suggesting appropriate solutions based on their needs and preferences
Handle difficult customer situations with patience, diplomacy, and respect
Work closely with the sales and technical teams to resolve customer grievances and maintain customer confidence in our products and services
Maintain records of customer interactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, comments and actions taken
Identify common customer issues and work with internal teams to implement procedures or products to enhance customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in business administration, customer service, or a related field is required
At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of successful relationship management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to articulate complex information effectively
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently with minimal supervision
Strong problem-solving skills, with a high level of resilience and flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications
