Responsibilities

Execute wiring on control panels and integrated systems with precision and efficiency
Interpret detailed schematics and ensure compliance with NEC standards
Train and guide Wire Technician I team members, fostering a culture of excellence
Collaborate with Senior Wire Technicians to troubleshoot and optimize installations
Exhibit quality and efficiency while focusing on customer and schedule requirements

Qualification

Electrical theory knowledgeControl systems experienceElectrical tools proficiencyInterpret schematicsMentoring skills

Required

Working knowledge of electrical theory and principles
Familiarity with the tools and equipment used in the electrical trades
The ability to interpret and apply drawings and specifications
A commitment to health, safety, cost, and quality conscious
The ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand for long periods of time, kneel, reach, briefly work in awkward postures and climb ladders or step stools

Preferred

2+ years of experience in similar roles & environments
Completion or enrolment in a skilled trades program in electrical or automation systems
Previous history of electrical experience with an interest in leadership opportunities
Previous work with Industrial control systems or PLC integration
