Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of cross-functional programs with impact across multiple organizations, from strategy development through delivery
Define program objectives, analyze data, and drive quantifiable improvements using metrics and KPIs
Partner with business leaders, engineering teams, and stakeholders to prioritize projects and allocate resources effectively
Develop and implement KPI reporting for program portfolios, providing visibility into milestones and performance
Create, communicate, and manage project budgets
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
2+ years of program or project management experience
Experience working with data mining on large datasets
Experience with SQL
Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
Preferred
Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or related field experience
Experience with SQL and advanced Excel
Experience with reporting and Data Visualization tools such as Quick Sight / Tableau / Power BI or other BI packages
Experience understanding needs of business and end customers and translating them into right solutions
