Business Implementation Specialist

Responsibilities

Committed to delivering the CPSM project in Consumer North America and ensuring plants can successfully use it to operate the business with minimal disruption and to add maximum value
Execute assigned project tasks for each implementation and drive site activity to ensure completed on time and risks, issues and lessons learned documented and addressed with program team
Developing a strong SME knowledge of various Radius modules to support the data transformation, testing and training process
Provide on-site support to end users in the plants to use the new solution, including training and ensuring all requirements are signed off prior to go live
Review, understand & map current & CPSM site processes to identify & prioritise the gaps, identifying the key drivers for site operational & financial success. Solve / coordinate solutions for issues faced by end users
Gain a high-level understanding of the end to standard model process
Coordinating with plant project team and Data Analyst to process data cleansing, migration & validation activities prior-to and during the cut-over process
Partner with business resources that will support hypercare to ensure each plant successfully adopts the CPSM standard model to run their operations
Evaluate and document system enhancement and process change requests to determine best practice and adoption into the CPSM standard model. This will involve partnering with the plants, implementation team and super users
Identify continuous improvement opportunities within the CPSM current and future Radius versions

Required

A working knowledge of systems and processes of converting plants, with a focus on front end modules, preferably understanding the Radius environment and CPSM model. (Full training on Radius Packaging Suite will be provided)
3+ relevant years' experience working within a Smurfit Westrock
Experience of leading or participating in projects which had a strategic impact on the business and required an effective change management process
Possess strong interpersonal skills in working as part of a team
Have sound analytical skills and the ability/willingness to make decisions in a timely manner
Clear and effective communicator
Fluent in English, additional language skills beneficial
Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Ability to travel as required, approx 50% of time expected in current site
On occasion weekend work will be required to support cut over & go live activities
