Responsibilities
Support the full client lifecycle by working closely with both clients and financial advisors
Assist with client onboarding and opening new accounts
Manage ongoing account maintenance, including service requests, beneficiary updates, RMD tracking, and trust setups
Accurately document all client interactions and action items in the CRM to ensure timely follow-through
Coordinate and schedule meetings with financial advisors and manage follow-up items
Assist with trade processing by preparing, submitting, and tracking trade requests
