They are seeking an adaptable Recruiter to support high-volume seasonal hiring on a contract basis through June, collaborating with various teams to manage the recruitment process for approximately 2,500 seasonal hires across Canada and the United States.

Responsibilities

Support recruiting efforts across a range of roles, stepping in where volume or timing requires

Post and manage job requisitions in Workday ATS

Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate interview scheduling

Partner with Hiring Managers to align on hiring needs, priorities, and timelines

Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment and offer process

Prepare, send, and track offer letters in Workday

Initiate and track background checks for applicable roles

Support the transition from offer acceptance to onboarding, ensuring accurate and timely communications

Maintain accurate candidate and hiring data in Workday

Jump in to support recruiting operations and coordination needs during peak hiring periods

Perform other duties as assigned to support hiring goals
