Responsibilities
Perform wide-format finishing tasks, including trimming, cutting, and binding (core binding books)
Complete production finishing activities such as cutting, packing, and shipping printed materials
Prepare materials for shipment and verify packing slips for accuracy
Handle incoming and outgoing shipments following established shipping/receiving procedures
Operate copiers and related production equipment; perform basic troubleshooting as needed
Use basic computer systems and MS Office tools to support daily operations
Follow written and verbal instructions related to production, shipping, and mail delivery
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Deliver professional customer service and communicate effectively with internal teams
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
1–2 years of related work experience; copy/print environment experience preferred
Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite
Working knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and understand technical manuals and written instructions
Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license and minimum auto insurance coverage may be required per policy
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Preferred
1–2 years of related work experience; copy/print environment experience preferred
Basic electronics knowledge is preferred
