Business Broker
Front Range Business, Inc. has been a trusted leader in brokering Main Street business sales and Mergers & Acquisitions since 1986. They are seeking a Business Broker responsible for managing end-to-end transactions, evaluating businesses, developing marketing plans, and negotiating terms of sales.
Responsibilities
Managing end-to-end transactions, including evaluating businesses, developing tailored marketing plans, identifying and qualifying prospective buyers, and negotiating terms of business sales
Advising clients, leveraging market knowledge, and fostering relationships within the business and professional community to ensure successful and confidential transactions
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical and financial skills, with the ability to evaluate businesses and understand financial reports
Proven experience in sales and marketing, with the ability to strategically develop and implement marketing plans
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, enabling effective interaction and collaboration with clients and stakeholders
Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex transactions
Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business technology
Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
Preferred
Previous experience in brokerage, business consulting, or related fields is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
