Responsibilities
Own the portfolio strategy and lifecycle for power distribution automation solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs
Lead roadmap development and execution for SICAM automation systems, remote terminal units (RTUs), and digital grid communication platforms
Drive digitalization initiatives including integration of IoT, edge computing, and cybersecurity features into automation products
Deliver on key results that include: Portfolio profitability and cost optimization, Accelerated roadmap execution for next-generation automation platforms, Market share growth in targeted segments
Manage cross-functional collaboration with R&D, engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure timely product launches and lifecycle activities
Champion a customer-centric roadmap by engaging utilities and industrial clients to shape future offerings
Monitor portfolio performance using KPIs (e.g., revenue, margin, delivery reliability, and adoption rates) and take proactive actions to optimize lifecycle value
Provide internal training and sales enablement tools to support global teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, power systems, or related field
5+ years of experience in product lifecycle management or product management within electrical distribution automation
Knowledge of automation systems, IEC standards, and communication protocols (IEC 61850, DNP3)
Familiarity with product management processes and tools, customer relationship management (CRM) and Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed

Preferred
Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, power systems, or related field
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex portfolios
