Oversee commercial real estate accounting and reporting
Operate as the senior accounting leader, setting priorities and direction without heavy layers or bureaucracy
Partner with leadership as the department evolves, positioning yourself for a future CFO transition
Qualification
Required
Commercial Real Estate Accounting is required (non-negotiable)
10+ years of progressive accounting experience
Prior controller-level responsibility with a desire to lead and build
Commercial retail real estate exposure
Experience thriving in small to mid-sized organizations
