Responsibilities

Ensure the Virtualization technology is fully operational, updated, and patched

Monitor and maintain the SAN/Storage to ensure 100% functionality

Support backup and disaster recovery efforts

Maintain windows domain environments

Maintain VPN and remote access technology linked to a single active directory

Add and remove user accounts

Deploy monitoring technology and use it to maintain operational health

Develop and maintain NERC CIP patch management program and documentation
