Summer 2026 Management Trainee Internship- Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky
Enterprise is seeking a Summer 2026 Management Trainee Intern to help build valuable business and leadership skills. The internship provides real-world professional experience and involves managing a fleet of vehicles, taking care of customers, and developing marketing strategies in a team-based environment.

Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be a current college student enrolled in a bachelors degree program, graduating no later than May 2027 (rising Senior)
Must be able to work 40 hours/week for a full 10-12 weeks (up to 89 days maximum during the window of May 2026 - August 2026)
Must have at least 6 months experience in sales, customer service, or leadership experience
Leadership experience could include experience in organizations, clubs, volunteer work, community service, athletics or military service
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 5 years
