Qualification
Required
High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and four years of related administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Provide high-level administrative and logistical support
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, maintain shared digital tools (e.g., Microsoft To-Do, SharePoint), update websites, coordinate in-person and virtual meeting logistics, prepare and format materials, assist with travel arrangements, and ensure compliance with accessibility and documentation standards
Support communication efforts, onboard new members, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a hybrid work environment
