Tombras is a full-service, national advertising agency seeking an Art Director Intern. The intern will work with the Creative team to contribute to the conceptual and visual development of various projects, collaborating closely with other creative professionals to execute design direction and create digital assets.

Responsibilities

Work with the Creative team to contribute to the conceptual and visual development of various projects

Collaborate with the Creative Director, Art Directors, Copywriters and Designers to execute design direction

Create and edit digital assets for both internal presentations and client deliverables

Research trends and assist in creating mood boards, sketches and presentation decks

Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned

Required

Candidates should have prior work or life experience in a relevant field, be currently enrolled as a Senior in a Bachelor's program, or a recent graduate with a major in Media, Marketing, Advertising, Portfolio School or similar field (a degree is not required)

Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills

An engaging portfolio that showcases strong design skills

Proficiency in Mac OSX, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Illustration experience is a plus

You work well as a team player in a flexible, dynamic and fast-paced environment

You possess excellent visual and verbal communication skills
