Participate in workshops, SIT, UAT, and go-live activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation
Provide technical and functional support for subscription management processes
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
In-depth understanding of core subscription management processes, including product catalogs and services, pricing and rating models, billing and invoicing, renewals and cancellations, and revenue recognition
Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and Oracle Fusion Cloud
Experience with related Oracle modules (OM, AR, RMCS, Install Base)
Preferred
Previous experience in a hybrid work environment
