Senior Financial Analyst

They are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support their Electrophysiology Medical Device division by managing capital inventory, providing financial reporting and analysis, and preparing presentations for executive meetings.

Responsibilities

Budgeting and forecasting, profit and loss, market modeling, sales analysis, business development, gross margin, capital, exchange, headcount and other facets of the complete P&L
Participates in ad hoc analysis and reporting as required by finance management
Provides routine reports to leadership
Partners with key geographies to consolidate month-end analysis and commentary related to the financial close cycle
Executes annual goals and objectives as defined by the Finance team
Prepares consolidated reporting, presentations, and analysis
Complies with regulatory requirements, company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments
Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees and business customers
Performs other related duties and responsibilities, on occasion, as assigned

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
5+ years of experience performing financial and variance analysis, forecasting, planning, and financial modeling
Previous experience working with Hyperion Essbase, SAP and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Experience working with financial systems applications
Previous experience working in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment
Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor
Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects
Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization
Multitasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner
Strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail
