Work with Chicago residential buyers and sellers
Receive and close a high volume of leads, referrals and co-lists
Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts
Host open houses
Prepare market analysis to help clients determine property value
Consult clients through the real estate process
Qualification
Required
Real Estate License OR in the process of obtaining license within next 2 months
Best in class work ethic
Negotiation skills
Ability to build strong rapport with clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
