Swapila is a new secondhand fashion platform that delivers great fits without fees. They are seeking a Marketing Intern to create engaging TikTok content that promotes their mission and community.

Create 9 short-form TikToks each day that clearly highlight and communicate Swapila’s value
Follow a content calendar; pitch timely trends, hooks, and formats
Edit for watch time (hooks, captions, on-screen text, pacing) and post at optimal times
Engage the community: respond to comments, source duet/stitch opportunities, and encourage user submissions
Track simple metrics (views, retention, saves, shares) to learn what works and what doesn't
Collaborate with our Head of Marketing on brand voice, safety, and platform best practices
Qualification
Required
Creative student-creators
Ability to produce 9 TikToks per day
Ability to create, film, edit, and post short-form videos
Ability to follow a content calendar
Ability to pitch timely trends, hooks, and formats
Ability to edit for watch time (hooks, captions, on-screen text, pacing)
Ability to post at optimal times
Ability to engage the community (respond to comments, source duet/stitch opportunities, encourage user submissions)
Ability to track simple metrics (views, retention, saves, shares)
Ability to collaborate with the Head of Marketing on brand voice, safety, and platform best practices
Enrollment for credit through your college/university and approval from your program/department are required before you start
10 hours/week for 10–12 weeks availability
Remote work capability with weekly check-ins and async feedback
