Responsibilities

Deliver and facilitate impactful training sessions using both instructor-led and technology-based tools
Support the design and implementation of training programs
Deliver comprehensive training on various topics including the Adult Beverage industry, New Hire Orientation, and Leadership
Make recommendations to continuously improve training processes and learning objectives
Collaborate with instructional designers to refine content and ensure it meets audience needs
Manage single or multi-day training events, customizing delivery methods to suit different learning styles
Maintain accurate training records, conduct special projects, and deliver the Train the Trainer Program
Facilitate surveys and evaluations to gather feedback for enhancing training sessions
Partner with various departments to ensure seamless execution of training delivery
Adhere to classroom schedules and adapt as necessary to achieve learning objectives

Required

Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of Corporate training or business experience that includes developing, facilitating and delivering educational content and training programs to groups, reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 7 years of Corporate training or business experience that includes developing, facilitating and delivering educational content and training programs to groups, reflecting increasing levels of responsibility
Strong in-person and virtual facilitation skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners
Experience in working with diverse audiences and adapting training to varying skill levels and learning styles
Experience effectively presenting information and responding to questions from the audience
Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) at a basic level
Required to lift and move training materials that can weigh up to 50lbs
Required to travel up to 25% of the time in order to conduct training sessions
Required to see, smell or taste alcohol as part of job duties
Required to be 21 years of age or older
Required to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation
