Responsibilities
Work across a variety of resort zones, supporting smooth daily operations and outstanding guest service
Welcome guests at entrances, manage ticket scanning and admissions, and ensure efficient guest flow
Support retail operations, including processing sales, handling inventory, preventing loss, and identifying upselling opportunities
Assist with shows, educational classes, and interactive experiences—helping prepare venues and engage guests
Complete opening and closing procedures in line with operational standards
Liaise with leadership teams to help resolve guest concerns and ensure a seamless resort-wide experience
Adapt to different roles as needed, collaborating with your team to enhance every guest’s visit
Qualification
Preferred
Previous experience in a guest-facing role (theme park, attraction, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus)
Friendly, confident communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
Basic math and computer skills
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support resort operations
