Responsibilities
Liaison & Translation: Acting as the primary bridge between the legal department (l legal ops) and the IT department or technology vendors
Requirements Gathering: Eliciting, analysing, and documenting business requirements for new legal technology or for updates to existing systems
Process Improvement: Experience with CLM and exposure to Salesforce will be a big plus
Project Management: Managing or supporting the full lifecycle of legal IT projects, including testing (UAT), training, and implementation
Data Analysis: Creating reports and dashboards (Tableau experience) will be a plus
System Support: Often serving as a subject matter expert for key legal applications, such as Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
Qualification
Required
5 to 8 years experience as a Business Analyst
Familiarity with the SDLC process
Experience with CLM tools (e.g., ApttIronclad/Icertis)
Ability to manage and run projects independently (write BRDs/test cases/test and implement) with guidance
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce
Tableau experience
