Responsibilities

Utilizing industry standard scheduling tools, the Large Projects Organization (LPO) Project Scheduler will be responsible for the final development of and the ongoing maintenance of assigned LPO schedule ensuring that all contractually defined schedule requirements are strictly adhered to
The Scheduler will also be responsible for resource loading (both human and financial) of the project schedule and the ongoing maintenance of same
The Project Scheduler will provide preliminary planning and schedule analysis in support of the Project Executive, the Project Management Team and the Sales Team during RFP (request for proposal) response and proposal preparation efforts
The Project Scheduler will review and critique the logic, sequence and durations of subcontractor’s project schedules and is responsible for their ongoing maintenance
The Project Scheduler will assist the Project Controller in preparation of monthly Applications for Payment and will assist the Project Management team in determining the potential overall project impact from Changes-in-Scope, ASIs, RFIs, Field Orders, etc; as well as cash-flow management; Earned Value analysis and financial/human resource projections

Required

High School Diploma or state-recognized GED
1+ years of experience in the construction industry or working in a project support/scheduling environment
Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
Ability and willingness to travel 50% - 75%
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
5+ Years of experience in the construction industry
3+ Years of experience in DDC (Direct Digital Controls)/Building Automation Controls
5+ Years of experience as a Project Scheduler, scheduling management experience on complex construction projects
Microsoft Project 2013
Microsoft Project Server
Oracle Primavera P6 Certified
