Responsibilities
Act as the “go to” person in store for any needs related to selling and clienteling techniques to do with your specific category
Be a partner to your Manager and provide vital feedback in order to drive the business forward
Communicate corporate strategy and relevant business information to their team through morning briefings, trainings and 1:1 coaching
Assist in observation of the team during the selling ceremony and partner with them to introduce your product category
Lead by example in the management of your own portfolio of Clients and demonstrating outstanding clienteling options
Drive the Women's Ready-to-Wear business in-store
Conduct Product Training & New Launches
Engage in Client Development
