Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple applications and services
Manage release schedules, coordinate deployments, and ensure rollback strategies are in place
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure release readiness and compliance with quality standards
Automate build, test, and deployment processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors
Monitor and troubleshoot release issues, providing timely resolutions and post-mortem analysis
Maintain version control systems and branching strategies (e.g., Git)
Document release processes and maintain release notes for internal and external stakeholders
Ensure security and compliance standards are met throughout the release lifecycle

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in release engineering, DevOps, or software configuration management
Proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, CircleCI)
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python, Groovy)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
