Responsibilities
Review and draft routine legal documents and correspondence
Propound and respond to discovery timely and efficiently
Case management from initial investigation through final resolution
Review, organize, and summarize medical records including follow-up(s)
Identify and locate appropriate expert witness(es)
Trial, mediation, arbitration, and deposition preparation and assistance
Communication with clients, opposing counsel/parties, expert witnesses, and outside vendors
Conduct legal research
Qualification
Required
3-5 years minimum experience as a paralegal (FL experience preferred)
Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
Ability to work in a fast-paced legal environment and adapt to changing priorities
Technical skills including MS Word, Outlook, Excel (TABS3 experience a plus)
Excellent written and verbal communication
