Responsibilities
Responsible for activities that contribute to timely, high quality and efficient project execution on projects of limited size, scope, and complexity
Work closely with internal and external (client) project team members to carry out coordination and support duties, in accordance with AEI policies and standards
Wearing multiple tasks for this new growing office, to include office management, track project deliverables and Construction Administration items, maintain document control standards for projects, coordinate and plan office activities and events, on-boarding and training new hires on office standards and marketing activity support
Qualification
Required
Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience required
1-year experience in a professional office environment
Previous experience working in the professional services industry is ideal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Strong spoken and written communications skills
Excellent organization and time management skills
Quick technical comprehension and motivation focused on client outcomes
Able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks
Effective working individually and within team environments
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
Previous A/E/C experience or interest – big plus
General understanding of project management preferred
