Responsibilities

Respond to inbound calls, emails, and incident reports regarding potential risks, claims, or safety concerns within MSC Cruises’ operations
Document and triage incident details accurately in the incident management system
Assess the urgency and severity of incidents to determine appropriate escalation pathways
Provide details to the Risk Management Manager, and the legal team following risk management procedures and initial response protocols
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including Contact Center, Legal, Security, and Operations teams
Initiate follow-ups to ensure timely resolution of open cases
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
Support the analysis and trending of incident data to identify risk mitigation opportunities
Contribute to continuous improvement of risk management processes and contact center operations
Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on hospitality industry risks and compliance requirements

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Hospitality, Business, Risk Management, or a related field
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in risk management, hospitality operations, claims handling, or similar roles
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
Calm and professional demeanor under pressure
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient with MS Office applications and incident/case management systems
Critical thinking and problem-solving
Customer Service Orientation
Attention to detail and accuracy
High degree of integrity and discretion
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset

Preferred

Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Hospitality, Business, Risk Management, or a related field
Hospitality industry experience preferred
