Southwire Company, LLC is one of North America’s largest wire and cable producers, specializing in a variety of products and solutions. They are seeking an Administrator for People & Culture to handle personnel duties related to plant administration and operations, supporting the P&C Services team.

Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day operations of the P&C functions and duties, including social media platforms for internal communication
Coordinate P&C projects and events (NHO, team members’ roundtables, meetings, surveys, reviews, etc.) and take minutes
Perform a variety of clerical duties, such as data entry and document control/distribution, in a framework of strict confidentiality
Compile, maintain and update team members’ files/records
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations etc.)
Support the P&C team by providing help with team members’ requests regarding P&C issues
Determine which issues require immediate attention and communicate to leadership any deviations from established procedures
Assist the P&C team with Leave of Absence Administration (FMLA, Workers Comp, Personal Leave of Absence, Maternity/Baby Bonding, etc.)
Support with payroll processing, and hourly team members’ attendance monitoring
Support the rest of the leadership team as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum education level: Associates
Years of experience: 1-3 years
