Part-Time Logistics Administrative Assistant

Assist with freight quoting and rate comparisons
Coordinate and schedule outbound and inbound freight pickups
Create and manage Bills of Lading (BOLs)
Assist with filing and tracking freight claims
Communicate with carriers, freight brokers, and internal teams
Maintain accurate shipping and freight documentation
Support general warehouse administrative tasks as needed

Qualification

Required

Prior experience in freight, logistics, or warehouse administration preferred
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office, data entry, and typing skills
Ability to manage time efficiently in a part-time schedule while supporting multiple tasks
Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners
Reliable and able to work independently during scheduled hours
