Our client, Paladin Consulting, Inc., is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst II to support the security and compliance of industrial operational sites. This role involves assessing risk and identifying vulnerabilities in OT and ICS systems across North America.

Responsibilities
Conduct OT/ICS cybersecurity risk assessments, audits, and control evaluations
Identify security gaps and support remediation efforts at operational sites
Ensure compliance with industry standards (NIST, NERC CIP, ISA/IEC 62443, ISO 27001/27002)
Deploy and support OT security tools (monitoring, asset inventory, anomaly detection)
Monitor and respond to security events using SIEM tools
Develop OT cybersecurity policies, procedures, and executive-level reports
Support incident response, crisis management, and disaster recovery initiatives
Travel to sites for hands-on assessments and stakeholder collaboration
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
2+ years of cybersecurity experience, preferably in OT/ICS environments
Strong knowledge of OT systems (PLCs, DCS, SCADA) and cybersecurity principles
Experience with IAM, PAM, SIEM, vulnerability assessments, and incident response
Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
