Responsibilities
Answer inbound phone calls regarding account-related information from customers
Provide clear, friendly, and professional responses, referring to information on internal systems and documentation
Explain timelines, next steps, and basic information to callers
Escalate complicated questions/feedback when needed
Prepare and send documents for signature
Track document completion and follow up as needed
Help ensure routine workflows move forward on time
Review and route inbound emails
Handle simple exceptions or edge cases
Maintain accurate notes and provide feedback on recurring issues
Qualification
Required
Clear spoken and written communication skills
Comfortable speaking on the phone
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Calm and professional demeanor
No prior industry experience required
