Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end logistics for internal B2B device orders, ensuring timely and compliant international shipments
Coordinate with logistics vendors to facilitate efficient delivery and maintain tracking systems and performance dashboards
Ensure compliance with trade regulations and device certifications across various regions
Handle specialized shipping requirements for battery and non-battery devices
Utilize AI tools to enhance processes and reporting, demonstrating flexibility in managing schedules and limited travel
Qualification
Required
5+ years of international logistics experience, particularly in managing shipments from the Asia to global markets
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with collaboration tools such as SharePoint and JIRA
Strong understanding of trade compliance and device certifications
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Preferred
Experience in B2B logistics and knowledge of battery-based device shipping regulations
Logistics certifications (e.g., CLTD, CTSI) and familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like atmosphere and collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team
