Responsibilities

Working in a fast-paced, innovative environment, you are responsible for managing a team of outside Sales Representatives that serve our Emerging Markets space
Drive the development of sales skills
Teach, coach and mentor successful sales professionals to promote within 18 months
Recruit, train, and coach the team in both sales process and NetSuite product knowledge
Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the business applications
Participate in the creation, presentation and sale of a software stack via telephone, internet, and in-person customer meetings

Required

At least 1 year of sales management experience
Previous experience as an IC within SaaS/Technology sales

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
