36 patient contact hours/ week
Patient volume: 18-20
100% Outpatient
Outpatient Internal Medicine call 1:18 (Second Call)
Chronic care coordination team, behavioral health support services
On-site X-ray and lab services
Qualification
Required
BC/BE Internal Medicine physician
