Customer Experience Specialist
The Baldwin Group is an award-winning entrepreneur-led insurance brokerage firm specializing in various insurance and risk management services. They are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to manage client policies, process mail, and assist advisors with service needs.

Responsibilities
Processes mail (inbound and outbound)
Manages endorsements
Creates emails
Uploads client information into our systems
Manages policies for current clients
Assists advisors with service needs
Makes modifications to accounts as necessary
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Current Property & Casualty License, as required by the State Department of Insurance, to effectively service clients, or be willing and able to obtain all required licenses within the first 90 days of employment
Moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn other appropriate insurance company and firm software systems
Preferred
Basic understanding of insurance coverages, preferred
