Director, Technology Partner Marketing

Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing and go-to-market strategies for Cisco products and technology partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and partner goals
Lead the creation of compelling product messaging, positioning, and joint value propositions to differentiate Cisco and its partners, and collaborate on integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and key industry events for measurable impact
Develop and deliver impactful sales enablement tools and training for global sales teams, while conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and identify new opportunities
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
10+ years of progressive experience in marketing within the B2B technology sector
Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies and product launches for complex technology solutions
Experience leading a portfolio of marketing events, including conferences, trade shows, and targeted engagements, with a focus on achieving business objectives and return on investment
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
Preferred
Advanced degree (Master's, MBA) or equivalent experience
Leadership or Management experience in related role
Experience in product marketing for AI, networking, cybersecurity, collaboration, or cloud solutions
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure marketing effectiveness
Experience working in a global organization with cross-functional teams
Ability to influence and collaborate with product management, sales, and executive leadership
