Executive Assistant
Electro Acoustics is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This remote, part-time role involves managing the CEO's inbox, coordinating meetings, and providing operational and administrative support to ensure effective communication and productivity.

Responsibilities
Maintain and organize the CEO’s email inbox
Sort incoming messages, flag priorities, and respond on the CEO’s behalf when appropriate
Ensure routine emails are reviewed within 24 hours, and urgent messages are elevated quickly
Coordinate meetings with internal team members, clients, and vendors
Build time blocks to ensure commitments are met by deadlines
Prepare task lists and assist in prioritizing work for maximum productivity
Upload receipts and support accounting tasks
Assist with quality-improvement initiatives, including preparing reports and summaries
Keep weekly communication, organization, and follow-through exceptionally tight
Qualification
Required
3+ years as an Executive Assistant
Strong communication and writing skills
Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote, and Teams
Exceptionally organized, detail‑oriented, and dependable
Cheerful, positive, and collaborative
Able to challenge perspectives respectfully — and support final decisions fully
Emotionally intelligent, discreet, and aligned with our values
Someone the CEO can trust and genuinely enjoy working with day‑to‑day
