Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for program and seasonal product updates and communication
Facilitate alignment across category teams and processes, implementing best practices and standardizing processes across teams
Drive decisions through influencing decision makers and balancing risk and uncertainty across multiple projects, programs, and functions
Efficiently & effectively drive projects/issues to cross-functional resolution
Embody our mission and values through helping others succeed, coaching, and building trust across groups
Qualification
Required
8 yrs application of industry-based project management methodologies and tools
8 yrs managing complex large-scale business or information technology projects
8 yrs building and mentoring teams
6 yrs Mentoring other project managers in program and project management
8 yrs General business experience in large, matrixed organizations
