Responsibilities

Identify, test, measure, and scale growth opportunities for the business
Manage relationships with new and existing social media partners
Drive strategy, planning, implementing campaigns
Set up campaign measurement
Analyze results and communicate outcomes
Work autonomously on key accounts and new contracts
Collaborate with various internal groups (i.e., the Media, Marketing, Legal, Control, and Business Units teams) to achieve business goals

Required

High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of eight years related marketing or digital media experience
OR Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years related marketing or digital media experience

Preferred

Experienced senior digital professional with a consistent track record of planning, testing and buying paid social media
Expert in paid media strategy, campaign structure, optimizations and hands-on use of major social platforms along with other analytical/visualization tools
Proven track record of experimentation and measurement
Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal and business development skills
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate initiatives and goals
